Who is the seller and what products are available in the shop?
The site is managed by RigeneraDermo Srl, the official seller of the products available online. All dermocosmetic products are formulated and manufactured in accordance with European cosmetic regulations (EC Regulation 1223/2009).
The information on the site (descriptions, images, availability, ingredients, and prices) is up-to-date and accurate, but may be subject to change without notice. Any minor differences due to the artisanal and natural nature of the products do not constitute defects.
How does the order work? Is it binding?
The order is considered completed when payment is authorized and the customer receives a confirmation email. RigeneraDermo Srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the following cases:
- product not available;
- incomplete or unverifiable data provided;
- suspicion of fraudulent activity or abuse;
- obvious error in pricing or product description.
In the event of cancellation, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
Shipping, Delivery and Liability
Shipments are made via express courier. Once the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking code.
The delivery times indicated on the website are approximate. Any delays not attributable to RigeneraDermo Srl (strikes, weather conditions, courier issues, holidays) do not give rise to any claims for compensation.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. In the event of a damaged package, the customer must:
- accept with reservation;
- photograph the damage immediately;
- communicate it within 48 hours by email ( info@rigeneradermo.it ) to customer service
Failure to make a reservation may prevent the complaint from being handled.
Returns and right of withdrawal
The customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide reasons, provided that the product is:
- intact;
- sealed;
- unopened and unused;
- returned in original packaging.
Non-returnable products
- opened or used products;
- unsealed packages (for hygiene and health reasons);
- customized products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except:
- defective product;
- incorrect product;
- error attributable to RigeneraDermo Srl
In such cases the replacement or refund will be full.
Payments and processing of personal data
Payments are handled through secure providers using advanced encryption systems. RigeneraDermo Srl does not have access to customer credit card information. Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is used exclusively for:
- order management;
- delivery;
- customer support;
- legal obligations.
The data is never transferred to third parties except for essential services, such as courier or payment systems.

Use of the site and responsibility
All content on the site, including text, images, designs, trademarks, and layout, is the property of RigeneraDermo Srl and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited. RigeneraDermo Srl is not responsible for:
- improper or non-compliant use of the products;
- any personal allergies not communicated;
- temporary technical errors on the site;
- indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.

Applicable law and competent court
These conditions are governed by Italian law. For consumer customers, the competent court is the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For professional customers (B2B), the exclusive competent court is the court of the registered office of RigeneraDermo Srl.
